Sadly, Patrick S. Law, our Buffalo Sabres Correspondent, remains missing in action. As reported here last issue, we strongly believe that our arch-nemesis Bil Keane, the creator of the "Family Circus" comic strip, is behind Patrick's disappearance.

Until we are able to find Patrick, or at least exact a pound of flesh from Mr. Keane, life at LCS must go on business as usual. So next issue we will bring in an interim correspondent to cover the Sabres. If you need Sabres news before then, well, read a paper or somethin'.

And, oh yeah... Keane, I know you're reading this. Get used to looking over your shoulder. Sooner or later I'll be there. Don't expect to see much after that.
